The best way to contact us at the moment is using our client area to file a ticket. Once logged in, click Helpdesk and then fill in your details to create a ticket.

If, for some reason, you can not access the client area, then you can get in touch with our staff using our IRC channel, #animebots on irc.quakenet.org, or via e-mail to the server administration team at root@dxhosting.co.uk.
